These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between FIFL Abroad Careers ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us") and all clients ("Applicant", "Candidate", or "you") who engage our services for international education, training, and employment opportunities.

By applying for or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

 1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 The Company provides guidance, application support, and facilitation services for international education, training, and employment opportunities. We do not guarantee admission, employment, or visa approval.

1.2 All applicants must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information. Submission of false or misleading documents may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

1.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if an applicant fails to meet eligibility criteria or violates these Terms.

1.4 Applicants are responsible for complying with all immigration laws, embassy requirements, and host country regulations.

1.5 All fees paid to the Company are for services rendered and are subject to the Company’s refund policy.

FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Program Overview
FIFL Abroad Careers Pvt. Ltd. offers structured foreign language training programs designed to prepare candidates for international education, vocational training (Ausbildung), and employment opportunities. Courses may include, but are not limited to, German, English, and other foreign languages based on demand.

2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Applicants must meet the minimum educational requirement of basic secondary education (10th or equivalent).

2.2 Candidates must demonstrate willingness and commitment to complete the course.

2.3 For advanced levels (B1, B2 and above), students may be required to pass an internal assessment or provide proof of prior certification.

3. Enrollment and Admission
3.1 Admission is granted upon completion of registration formalities and payment of the prescribed fees.

3.2 FIFL Abroad Careers reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation to provide reasons.

3.3 Course batch allocation will depend on availability and the applicant’s proficiency level.

4. Course Structure and Duration
4.1 Course duration, schedule, and curriculum will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

4.2 Classes may be conducted in physical classrooms, online, or hybrid formats.

4.3 The Company reserves the right to modify schedules, trainers, or course structure if necessary.

5. Attendance Policy
5.1 Students are expected to maintain a minimum of 80% attendance.

5.2 Absence without valid reason may affect course completion and certification eligibility.

5.3 The Company is not obligated to provide make-up classes for missed sessions.

6. Fees and Payment Terms
6.1 All course fees must be paid in full or as per agreed installment plans before or during the course.

6.2 Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

6.3 Additional charges may apply for study materials, examination fees, or certification.

7. Certification
7.1 Certificates will be issued based on performance, attendance, and successful completion of internal assessments.

7.2 FIFL Abroad Careers provides training but does not guarantee passing of external certification exams (e.g., Goethe, TELC).

7.3 External certification exams must be registered and paid for separately by the student.

8. Student Responsibilities
8.1 Students must actively participate in classes, assignments, and practice sessions.

8.2 Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect trainers and fellow learners.

8.3 Any misconduct may result in suspension or termination without refund.

9. Trainer and Course Changes

9.1 The Company reserves the right to assign or change trainers at its discretion.

9.2 Course content may be updated to meet international standards and requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 FIFL Abroad Careers is not responsible for individual learning outcomes.

10.2 The Company does not guarantee language proficiency within a specific timeframe, as it depends on the student’s effort and dedication.

11. Link to Other Services
11.1 Language training does not guarantee eligibility for Ausbildung, study abroad, or job placement programs.

11.2 Candidates must meet the separate requirements of each service category.

12. Termination of Enrollment
12.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for violation of rules or misconduct.

12.2 No refund shall be provided in such cases.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a foreign language course at FIFL Abroad Careers Pvt. Ltd., the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
